Suicide Silence adalah band Extreme Metal atau Deathcore yang berdiri pada tahun 2002 di Riverside, California. Band ini terdiri dari Mitch Lucker sebagai vokalis, gitaris Chris Garza dan Mark Heylmun, Alex Lopez drummer, dan Dan Kenny sebagai bassis. Band ini telah merilis tiga album studio full-lenght, satu EP dan tujuh video musik. Kelompok itu telah bertemu dengan jumlah besar pujian dan ulasan yang menguntungkan sementara bahkan selama tahun 2009. Suicide Silence dianugerahi dengan Revolver Golden God untuk "Best New Talent". 
 
Band ini melakukan gaya serta pengaruh keuntungan dari beberapa genre musik extreme seperti Black Metal, Grindcore, dan Mathcore. Anggota band itu sendiri menyatakan bahwa mereka mendapatkan pengaruh dari band Meshuggah, Sepultura, Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation, Necrophagist, Nile, Slipknot, Deftones, Morbid Angel, Napalm Death, Darkest Hour, Death, Possessed dan Korn. 
 
Namun naas, disaat Suicide Silence berada di puncaknya Mitch pun pergi, Mitch harus meregang nyawa akibat kecelakaan motor di Huntington Beach, California pada tanggal 1 November 2012. Suicide Silence pun vakum selama 1 tahun dan pada akhirnya Suicide Silence mengumumkan bahwa Hernan "Eddie" Hermida (All Shall Perish) menjadi vokalis baru Suicide Silence.

Asking Alexandria band asal Inggris lebih tepatnya dari North Yorkshire yang memulai debut karir nya di Dubai, Uni Emirat Arab. Saat itu Ben Bruce (Lead - Guitar) masih bermain musik dibawah naungan Amongs Us. 
 
Ben Bruce kemudian mengganti Amongs Us menjadi End of Reason namun tulisannya digabung menjadi EndofReason karena beberapa personil yang keluar dan digantikan oleh orang-orang baru, sehingga munculnya ide untuk mengganti nama. 
 
Entah kenapa, pada tahun 2007 kesuksesan EndofReason membuat mereka mengganti nama menjadi Asking Alexandria. Dan saat itu juga mereka mengadakan tur selama 9 bulan ke berbagai kota dan negara seperti di Inggris, Belanda, Jerman, dan beberapa negara lain. 
 
Asking Alexandria hanya bertahan sebentar dan akhirnya resmi bubar. Ben Bruce pun kembali dan menghubungi beberapa teman-temannya untuk membuat proyek baru dengan nama yang sama yaitu Asking Alexandria. 
 
Bruce yang tak ingin menggantungkan karir bermusiknya, menulis di MySpace nya bahwa dia telah memulai proyek baru bersama personil baru nya. Ia mengklaim bahwa ia lah yang menciptakan Asking Alexandria, oleh karena itu ia berhak melanjutkan proyek nya walau dengan personil-personil baru.

Bring Me The Horizon merupakan sebuah band yang berasal dari kota Sheffield. Mereka lahir di Inggris sejak tahun 2004 dan mempunyai beberapa album dengan genre Metalcore dan Deathcore dan lain sebagainya. 
 
Nama Bring Me The Horizon mereka ambil dari kutipan kata film Pirates Of The Carribean. Saat itu salah satu tokoh di film tersebut yang bernama Kapten Jack Sparrow berkata "Now, Bring Me That's Horizon". Lalu dengan mengubah sedikit perkataan tersebut, maka nama Bring Me The Horizon telah resmi menjadi nama band mereka.
